How much will it cost?
Blackberry Cleaning Services offer extremely competitive pricing and are amongst the best value service providers in the area. Give us a call and you'll be surprised at our cost and value we offer.
Who will manage our contract?
All of our staff are employed locally. Our director is operationally involved and will often be the person visiting and inspecting your site although we do have a dedicated manager that will be freaquently visiting also.
Are you insured?
We are fully insured and covered to £10million Public Liability and £10million Employers liability. We are also covered for key holding and any loss or replacement thereof. Full details of our insurances wil be provided to you at the start of our contract.
Are your employees vetted?
Our staff enhanced DBS checked where applicable, and all have 5-years work history and references.


How do you maintain a consistent quality of service?
Weekly, Monthly Quality Audits with audits tailor made for each customer. Also visual audits when our supervisors deliver chemicals. Also randomly we will ask for a photo of certain items.

How do you manage keys and alarm codes securely?
On taking over the contact blackberry signed a key register and all staff enhanced DBS.
Do you use the same cleaner/s for our premises every time?
We employ permanent staff for each contract. All with full employment rights and the right to work within the UK.
What is your company's safeguarding policy? Do you have one?
We work with each local authority and use the organisations own policy and it is used together with training videos.


How do you determine your pricing? Is it based on square footage, hours, or specific tasks?
Each site is costed using tasks requested by customer and frequency.
How easy is it to cancel or modify the service schedule if our needs change?
Usually 30 days notice of any changes due to the employment laws as we employ permanent staff but try to be as flexible as possible with a clear focus on the staff involved.
Do your prices include the cost of all cleaning supplies and equipment?
All prices include, Cleaning Chemicals, Cleaning Equipment (Vacuums,Mops,Buckets, Clothes)but exclude consumables ie. Toilet Tissues, Hand Towels, Hand Soap and Back Sacks.
What times are you able to clean? Can you clean outside of our business hours?
We clean to suit the cleaning needs and customer requirements. We have staff working between 3am to 11pm including weekends.


What is your minimum service frequency (e.g., once a week, daily)?
We only offer daily cleaning due to using permanent staff on each contract. Carpet Cleaning and Window Cleaning are on an as and when or built into the contract.
How do you track staff attendance and ensure they complete the full contracted time?
We use a company called uattend for time & attendance. Staff can request holidays through the app. On some sites we use facial recognition.
The app is also used for lone working. The information is also used as their timesheet for payroll.
What happens if our assigned cleaner is sick or on holiday?
Our sickness policy states any sickness is placed before 10am. Having a flat managed structure and heavy mobile team all sickness is covered by our mobile team achieving 100 % cleaning and never a missed clean.
